You can browse and view the app content without logging in or providing any personal information. However, if you choose to make a booking, you will be required to register and log in.

During registration, we collect only your name and email address. Your phone number is collected only if you proceed with a booking.

Additionally, we may request permission to access your photo gallery if you choose to upload an image while creating an event through "my events" in the app. This permission is optional and only used when you take that specific action.

For Website Users

• Additional information you provide voluntarily (e.g., comments or questions)

Third-Party Login Services

You can browse and view all content in the DynoDine app without logging in. However, if you wish to make a booking, you will need to log in to proceed.

To log in and make a booking, you have three options:

• Register directly with your name, email, and password
• Sign in with Apple (iOS Users): We receive your Apple-generated unique user ID, and the name and email address you permit to share. This is used only for authentication and account management. Apple does not track your activity within our app.
• Sign in with Google (Android & Web Users): We collect your Google-provided name, email address, and profile picture (if available) to authenticate your account and personalize your app experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share this login data with third parties for marketing purposes. All collected login data is stored securely and used only for user account management, authentication, and providing a smooth booking experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

For Mobile App Users

We use the information you provide or generate in the app to:

• Process your bookings and send confirmations
• Provide customer support
• Improve the app and personalize your experience
• Analyze user activity, such as the number of visits to event pages, to understand popularity and improve listings for both users and restaurants
• Capture your device's timezone to accurately record booking times

For Website Users

To delete your account:

1. Open the DynoDine app on your mobile device
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner
3. Select "Delete Account" from the menu options
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
