Ring in 2026 at Phase Events - Legacy Theater

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with alcohol consumption, dancing, large crowds, and other activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. DynoDine Role and Disclaimer: DynoDine acts solely as a sponsor and ticketing platform that facilitates ticket sales for this event. DynoDine is NOT the event organizer, manager, or operator. DynoDine is NOT responsible for the management, organization, execution, or any aspect of the event itself. DynoDine has NO involvement with, control over, or responsibility for alcohol service, alcohol consumption, or any alcohol-related matters whatsoever. Alcohol will be served by licensed bartenders at the venue, arranged and managed exclusively by Sia Events. DynoDine shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or consequences related to alcohol service, alcohol consumption, or any other aspect of the event.

3. Alcohol Consumption and Responsibility: I understand that alcohol will be served at this event. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. I understand that I must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. I acknowledge that Sia Events and the venue (Phase Events) are solely responsible for alcohol service, management, and all alcohol-related matters. I expressly acknowledge that DynoDine has no responsibility, liability, or involvement whatsoever regarding alcohol service, alcohol consumption, or any alcohol-related incidents, injuries, or damages.

4. No Refunds Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, personal circumstances, illness, or any other reason. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided. By purchasing tickets, I acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Release of Liability: I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless DynoDine, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses (including attorney fees), losses, and injuries of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to any incidents, injuries, damages, or consequences related to alcohol service, alcohol consumption, event management, or any other aspect of the event. This release applies to all claims whether based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

6. Photo/Video Release: I consent to being photographed and/or videotaped during the event and grant permission for the use of such images for promotional purposes.

7. Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner and understand that inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
